About Me

    My name is Megan Kearns, I am a 32 year old mobility and strength training coach. I weight train 3-5 times a week while working in construction and running an Etsy shop (MWLbyMEGS). I know all to well the struggle of finding a work - life balance let alone adding in time to exercise but I'm here to show you it is possible!

 

My values are simple; teach, educate, laugh and have FUN! My goal is to give each client a great workout but also offer knowledge during every session; as knowledge allows us to survive far longer than we should.

 

Through my years of being a personal trainer I have noticed common similarities with clients of different ages and abilities which is a lack of body control and movement. This is why I specialised in mobility training and am FRC, FMS and Animal Flow certified. Mobility is the foundation of all my 121s and classes which I love sharing this knowledge to express the important to all my clients to truely understand the "Why?" in everything we cover. I train all clients in my private studio in Maidenhead inside or outside (see "The Studio!" Tab for images). I work with Beginners right up to advanced Athletes.

     I truly believe that fitness does not have to be boring or a chore and it is always possible to find the pleasurable side of fitness and the amount of fun and levels of energy you will experience will far exceed the discomfort. Regardless of what age, gender or fitness level you are, I will help you get to where you want to be and make fitness come naturally.
