Private lessons are great for people who might lack self motivation when working out or lack experience in fitness and need some training on form/ posture on how to use equipment correctly.

Workouts Tailored to you

Private 121 lessons initially focus on improving your form and posture to then progress onto your specific goals where the workout is tailored to your needs, set at your pace but pushes you to your maximum effort. My 121 Personal Training Sessions vary from Boxing, High Intensity Interval Training, Suspension Training, Kettle Bell Training and much more to find your perfect match and keep you motivated.​

 

Convenient for you

No need to worry about opening hours to a gym or waiting for certain equipment to be available. The convenience of having a private home gym is that you can workout when it is convenient for you and not be embarrassed of others watching when learning something new.

Value for money

No extra cost for a gym membership, and all equipment will be provided such as kettle bells, dumbbells, boxing gloves, skipping rope.​

What is Fusion?

Fusing two or more types of exercises together these classes will make you work twice as hard. The combinations of different fitness exercises means you get double the benefits, anywhere from balance, co- ordination, strength, endurance, mobility and flexibility. You will receive a well-rounded full body session and improve all of you by fusion’s combinatory nature. By attending a smaller group training you will receive constant feedback and guidance making the class more personal and a safe environment. If your goals are to get strong, move better and look good this is the perfect class for you. From a complete beginner to an advance athlete classes are catered for all abilities. This is not just an exercise class but a class of learning. Increase your knowledge about the human body and how to exercise with confidence!

Max attendance: 4 per class.

What is Animal Flow?

Animal Flow is a ground based movement, made fun, challenging and effective. This system is designed to improve strength power, flexibility, mobility, and coordination for all levels of fitness enthusiasts — all without any fitness equipment. Our beginner classes are designed so that you can jump right in and learn as you go. There is no prior knowledge necessary as instructions on how to do the movements will be provided.

Max attendance: 4 per class.

What is the Movement & Mobility assessment?

How often have you been told that your joint pain or discomfort is because "that's just what happens when you get older"?

The truth is, that isn't the whole truth.  In reality, how well our bodies move or don't move today is dictated by how we've used our joints over the course of our entire lives.  The best part?  We can still improve their function but we need to see how they are currently moving and this is the purpose of a movement and mobility assessment. Each joint is individually assessed as well as different movement patterns to see how joints work together. This assessment is beneficial for all ages and ability and is a great reference point to see progress and for you to understand your own body and how it currently moves.  By attending an assessment you can ensure that when exercising you are always working in a safe range that your body is capable of performing based on your findings.

A 121 assessment is compulsory if wanting to do PT sessions but optional for anyone wanting to attend a group class.

What is Master Mobility Training?
Whatever ranges of motion we don't use, we lose. Our bodies don't want to waste energy producing tissue we aren't going to use.  Unfortunately for us, this means we must actively work on a consistent basis to remind our bodies that we're using those ranges and want to not only keep them, but improve upon them. These classes do just that and are designed for all levels and abilities.

Functional Range Conditioning, (FRC®), is a trademarked system of mobility and joint control training, which, unlike many current systems, is based on scientific principals and research. FRC® works to both improve flexibility, as well as to expanding the body’s range of motion while simultaneously teaching the nervous system how to control the newly acquired ranges. If you want to improve your ability to control, and move your own body this is the class for you!

In the comfort of your own home this class is a follow along session with feedback and cues provided throughout. Having your video on during the class is optional and you will be muted unless you have any questions.

 

You will need:

A mat or comfortable floor space
Two yoga blocks (if you have them)
Two tennis balls (or any similarly sized object)
Water 

​

Unlimited attendance as classes are held via zoom.
