Things to look out for when buying a more functional shoe:
⭐A shoe that is flexible - you should be able to bend it, scrunch it etc so it won't inhibit the 33 joints.
⭐Flat shoes- the heel should never be highter than the forefoot.
⭐Wide forefoot shoe- place the shoe next to your foot if it narrower than your foot it's not wide enough.
⭐ A thin shoe- the thinner it is the more sensory input you will get from the ground.


 If you don't like the style of these shoes then use the guidelines above when shopping yourself. I can recommend these shoes as I have used them in the gym, running and hiking.
