1-2-1 sessions
All 121's are held indoors following government guidelines of social distancing & hygiene. All windows and doors are left open for sufficient ventilation.
There is a washing facility before entering and unlimited access to hand sanitiser.
Group classes
​
All studio based group classes are held outdoors in a sheltered area. Clients have a zone they will work in to ensure social distancing and reduce cross contamination. All equipment is cleaned before every use.
